Identical up to the decision
This is not a story about a better company beating a worse one. Both firms are competent, and on the day itself the difference is a choice rather than a capability.

01 The shift
The day before, nothing about the two companies is different — same market, same clients, same quality of people. Then one of them stops adding staff to the same machine and rebuilds the machine. From that point the distance between them is not effort, it is compounding — and effort is the only thing the other one has left to answer with.

Not a tool bolted onto the side of the old machine — the machine itself. That is the only change that alters the slope rather than the position.
A gap made of effort can be answered with effort. A gap made of compounding cannot: by the time it is obvious enough to chase, chasing it costs more than it did to open.
02 What we build
Four layers, built in that order. The two on the left are the ones nobody sells you — and they are the whole reason the automations still work in month six and the applications feel like they actually know your business.
Everything your company holds, in one place that can be asked a question instead of searched.
Memory, context, your instructions and a continuous learning loop — the layer that knows how this firm decides.
Operations that carry whole processes end to end, drawing on the two layers beneath them.
The surfaces your team and your clients actually touch, built around how you already work.
03 Proof
Every word below is theirs, not ours.
What sets Jens and team apart is their technical depth and business understanding. They don't just build what you ask for — they think through edge cases and build robust solutions that actually work. Responsive, collaborative, and delivered on time and budget.

CoachIQThey've literally saved me hours each week with their very first job — reducing a task from 2–3 hours down to 2–3 minutes. The data tracking system they set up feels like I have a full-time data analyst working for me, all fully automated.

MathmoBefore working with Jens, we struggled to maintain consistent outreach. We're seeing higher response rates and booking more meetings. Jens is flexible, easy to work with, and really understands what we're aiming to achieve.

MontaWhat I appreciated most was Jens's blend of pragmatism and craft: he shipped quickly, documented clearly, and tuned the system so it fits how we actually work. Clear thinker, great communicator. I would gladly hire him again. In fact, I WILL hire him again.

Wine Spies04 How an engagement runs
Two-year programmes fail because they ask a company to believe first and see later. We invert that: one operation rebuilt properly, running in production, paying for the next one before the next one is scoped.
We go inside the operation: what runs, what waits, what it costs, and which single change has the most reach. You get the map written down.
Yours to keep whether or not we build anything.
One operation, built production-grade and wired into the systems you already run, with the memory and review layer built once and reused after.
Live in weeks, not quarters.
Each operation after the first costs a fraction, because the hard part is standing. You decide the pace, one decision at a time, with everything the last one taught you.
No retainer trap, no lock-in, documented at handover.
05 What it is worth
Every company already pays for the routine layer — it is just paid in salary rather than invoices. Move the sliders to your firm and see what that layer costs you a year, and what handing most of it over is worth.
46 working weeks a year. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

returned every year
Saving money is the smaller half. The bigger half is the work you could take on once delivery stops consuming the whole company — the enquiries that went cold, the jobs too small to be worth handling, and the clients you never went after because nobody had a week spare to go and win them.
Capacity only — this assumes no lift in win rate and no new demand, though a team that is no longer buried tends to produce both.

06 How it compares
Against what companies actually weigh when they decide to do something about this. Where an alternative genuinely wins, it says so — hiring good people and building in-house are both real answers, they are just slower and they do not compound.

Almost always for the same reason: the pilot had nothing to stand on. No shared memory of the business, no real system access, no review path, no audit trail — so it demoed well and died on contact with the actual operation. We build that layer first, which is why the second thing we build costs a fraction of the first.
It runs in your accounts and your systems. Access is scoped to what the operation needs and revocable at any time, every action is logged and reviewable, and your data is never used to train anything. If a security review is part of your process, we go through it with you rather than around it.
No — and the firms that treat it that way get the worst version of it. What leaves is the work nobody wanted: the copying, the chasing, the re-typing. Judgement stays with your people, and they get a much bigger surface to apply it to. Nobody is replaced; everybody moves up a floor.
Good — we build on top of them. Nothing gets ripped out. The point is to make what you already run behave like one company instead of eleven disconnected tools.
Weeks, not quarters. Week zero is the map; the first operation is typically running in production inside three weeks of the scope being signed. If we don't believe that is achievable for your case, we will tell you on the call rather than after the invoice.
